UC42188 As the reality of human-induced climate change is increasingly accepted by policymakers and the public at large, the demand for regional-scale information about observed and projected changes and impacts is growing rapidly. The ability to create and provide this information is dependent on improvements in climate models, research frameworks, and analysis tools. This presentation will describe current trends in climate science, climate change modeling and applications. Recent efforts and advancements in climate services across the globe will be discussed.
