Municipal Enterprise Flex Dashboard Using Mobile Workforce Power Tools

Here we use technology for staff to interact and collaborate with our citizens to provide project and community event information, better respond to community complaints, and allow the public to view the status of our mobile programs. This technology displays work ticket locations in real-time displaying the citizens concerns, assignments and the tickets status. This provides real-time feedback/accountability for all. This technology uses our email to respond to staff/requestor to provide feedback thru all critical stages of the work ticket. It also allows us to post critical project information on our web page via a live map. Citizens can view updates like detours and progress of construction. We have GPS feeds to display the locations of leaf/snow trucks to better manage/dispatch during programs like leaf collection and other events. This technology also will allow us to track EOC incidents (power lines and tress, road closures during emergency operations like hurricanes.
