The AGDM 2.1 is a set of data models adhering to NGA TDS 4.0 (logical, data dictionary, physical models) utilized by the Warfighter for collecting vector data. By collecting data in a standard format, all of the Army and Marine Corps can share AGC-produced workflows, services, analyses, and data. The AGDM 2.1 is the foundation of the Army Geospatial Engine (AGE) - an integrated system to deliver geospatial information to the soldier. Production workflows have been created for all Army geospatial cells to assist in production of vector data required by NGA. Geospatial analysis, such as routing, can be performed on this shared data, utilizing web services. An AGDM toolbox is being built and disseminated for all Army and Marine Corps based on the AGDM 2.1.
