'Integrated GIS' for Local Government in Japan

In Japan, each local government has different regulations to manage land, road, water supply and public facility.
Also local government has responsible to create high detail digital map of public infrastructure.
As a result, the office staff has to use large data-base to provide quick answer and efficient solution for citizen.
ArcGIS-based system has ability to solve the problem that shared large data-base, and possible to build on the client-server system model.
We developed "Integrated GIS by using ArcGIS Engine10 and ArcGIS Server10 to share maps, utility information and geospatial information.
"Integrated GIS is able to customize by each authority level of government division.
All applications are constructed to each division for each staff and each task.
Finally, all citizens can use the information through the web browser "WebGIS by using Flex API. We realize e-Government with GIS to provide comfortable, transparent and well interaction system between government and citizens.
