• This paper will introduce new paradigm of gathering and using a floating population information such as gender, age, day and time in commercial area. This paper will explicate how to applied GIS phenomenon and big data to analyzing a floating population for business opportunities in various industry fields. Use of 50m*50m Pcell(The smallest unit for the management of the communication network) data which based on Mobility Base Station data, indicated accurate population floating patterns and numbers that almost real-time base. To create the precise floating population data for business, the system developed Regression Model for differential distribution of population which based on rates of market share and variable of locational characteristics such as number of company, employees, residence, transportation and gathering facilities. This GIS method and big data used for Business GIS solution, trade area analysis, Target Marketing and real estate development.
