Global sustainable development is not possible without sustainable settlement. Kuwait water system is considered to develop a methodology of built a sustainable water system especially in terms the high water demand per capita and the high supply of desalinated water. Sustainable Urban Water System (SUWS) is a technique in water management that considers analysis the data based many indicators in GIS to deliver the best numeric value for the decision makers. sustainability indicators for Kuwait water system are classified to three main categories; Environmental, Social, and Economic, which the resources, Infrastructure, and capacity are compounds in environmental category that just focus on water system. Each area is assigned by numeric value called Sustainable Water System index of Kuwait which is characterized the state of sustainability. ArcGIS provides the analysis tools to compute Sustainable of Kuwait Water System index (SKI) based on the input equations and data for the indicators categories
