Participatory GIS, GPS and community mapping techniques were used to support the community called Asociación de la Nacionalidad Kichwa Agroecológica Kushillu urku -ANKAKU in their planning processes within necessary procedures ensuring their territorial domains. Proximity, Overlay and Extract Analysis tools were used for generate georeferenced maps that refers biodiversity wealth, added valuable information through field research that recognizes, characterizes and identifies the territory. Mean values used for covariance to predict Kichwa presence importance in territory was calculated with Ordinary Kriging Interpolation Spatial Analyst tools. This process allowed the community to better understand, describe and define their projections within a so called life plan, and visualize the outcomes consistently in space. Audience may realize how GIS may response to community reality in their own manner
