This work aims to build parametric models of land use for the simulation of the real and legal urban landscape to identify areas with processing capacity and inventories to constructive receipt of exchange arising occupations of benefits under the regulatory instruments of the urban laws Brazilian.
The simulation of the real city and the legal city of Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil will have to build rules that reflect the normative in urban simulation algorithms for landscaping within the application CityEngine.
The construction of two scenarios will be a key to assist in decision making as urban areas preferred for density and area-constrained urban expansions.
The conversion between the buildings infrastrutucture modeling and geographic information systems presented in Cityengine makes possible the construction of the new concept and paradigm of spatial representation - parametric models of the occupation of the territory.
