The problem is little to zero knowledge on the useful benefits of the Moringa Oleifera Tree, and even less empirical data on the tolerance of Moringa Oleifera tree in North Texas. Utilizing GIS will provide a platform on where, what and how I collect and represent preliminary data gathered by engaged members of the public. Geospatial analysis will be simple location and growth monitoring for the first year or two. The question I am trying to answer is "Could the Moringa Tree given it's many useful benefits survive as an exotic crop species/landscape species in North Texas after the first few years of nurturing; similar to that of the increasingly popular landscape species of today the Palm tree and Banana tree?"
