In our presentation we discuss the architectural approach for establishing a generic and configurable integration framework and explain how this can be deployed in order to support a specific integration and workflow for synchronizing data.
It is essential to Smartgrid systems, that information can be shared across multiple business processes - from asset management, over network planning and designing - to daily grid operations. Since GIS has the most detailed and updated view on the grid configuration, including network topology and the electric components, it plays a key role in the in the integration and sharing of information. By establishing an integration framework that constitutes a unified view of the business information by mapping GIS data elements to a conceptual data model, GIS-data can be transformed from the GIS model to a unified model that can be consumed by all other systems.
We would like to present our productive solution.
