Sewer System Management with a GIS-centric Approach

Sewer system managers have pivotal responsibilities in running a successful sewer system: providing customers with uninterrupted service and low fees, preventing catastrophic events such as overflows, complying with government regulations, supporting new development, and replacing aging infrastructure. Esri�s ArcGIS can support these services. While many agencies utilize ArcGIS for a few of these endeavors, CMSD has, in a short time, developed a GIS-centric approach to all such responsibilities.
