Public Safety is like a puzzle with many pieces. For instance, you have various departmental needs, different databases, skill levels and limited resources making it difficult to keep everyone on the same page. ArcGIS Online Operation Dashboard solved this problem, by bridging the gap.
The advantage of using AOL Operation Dashboard is its ability to query the data, display the information via a graph and move the widgets outside of its application.
