Once upon a time, Consolidated Waterworks(CWW) customer service crews were confined to a manual world. Every day, the details of their work was written on paper, brought to the office, and then re-entered into the customer billing database. CWW is now using a mobile solution built on the Esri platform that connects field crews to the billing database, and each other, in real time. This solution allows them to optimize their daily work, improve customer response, and share current, relevant data.
