After the separation of ConocoPhillips and Phillips66, ConocoPhillips identified the need to assess how GIS will contribute to the company’s strategic objectives of smart growth, superior performance and the SPIRIT Values (Safety, People, Integrity, Responsibility, Innovation and Teamwork). We looked for answers to questions such as; could GIS provide a competitive advantage to our business and how? What is our current GIS utilization? This is the results from the project to answer those ?s.
