After the separation of ConocoPhillips and Phillips66, ConocoPhillips identified the need to assess how GIS will contribute to the company�s strategic objectives of smart growth, superior performance and the SPIRIT Values (Safety, People, Integrity, Responsibility, Innovation and Teamwork). We looked for answers to questions such as; could GIS provide a competitive advantage to our business and how? What is our current GIS utilization? This is the results from the project to answer those ?s.
