Interactions between humans and microorganisms are complex and difficult to investigate. Using The University of Texas at Austin as a “living” laboratory we identify and map microorganisms in both outdoor and indoor living environments. An interactive 3D map is developed to provide access to sampled biome results and associated environmental data that changes from outdoor to indoor environments. The map will serve as a platform for environment, energy, infrastructure and health related research.
