STRIDES works with existing health facilities to carry out integrated health interventions in Reproductive health/Family planning/Child Survival. The result is that information from other sectors like education may not be taken into account hence leading to wrong contextualization of policies and decisions. Using GIS, STRIDES was able to identify the districts that required integrated health interventions such as malaria. Maps were used to support the evidence based health decisions in Uganda.
