Clean water is a scare resource for communities living in the Soroti district of eastern Uganda and there is a need for improved water well planning. This study develops a model to identify the spatial distribution of water points and water flow. The purpose of this study is to create an integrated GIS micro watershed model that will increase the community’s ability to make informed decision about where to install clean water stations and other community life facilities.
