The Infrastructure Management, Mapping, Planning And Coordination Tool (IMMPACT)is the City of Austin�s in-house developed coordination and reporting tool for infrastructure activities. Primarily, it provides key information for projects and permits in a geographic and temporal context. This marks the first time data from various systems of record have been brought together to allow for substantial collaboration and data-driven decision making, which saves the City millions of dollars annually.
