Jumpstarting an Enterprise GIS: an example from Fayetteville, NC

The City of Fayetteville is upgrading to an Enterprise GIS. With the Stormwater dataset as an example, emphasis will be given to the tools developed to enhance and improve functionality and data management workflows. We will discuss implementation of a geometric network and Esri’s Production Mapping tools, including Data Reviewer and Workflow Manager, as well as lessons learned and future plans for the Enterprise GIS in the City of Fayetteville.
