To ensure public transportation services run efficiently as possible, the tools of ArcGIS can aid in this process from start to finish. From concept of a proposed route, using ArcGIS to quickly provide the needed socio-demographic and other essential information. To implementation of the route's bus stops and associated amenities using ArcGIS Online. Finally, verification that the route is performing up to standards by analyzing ridership patterns by each segment of the transit route.
