GCRTA since 2013 has undergone the issue of bus stop safety reviews on all of its routes. Bus stop safety requires striking the appropriate balance between two competing objectives: the safety of the bus and preventing accidents with cars, bikes, and pedestrians, and safe stops for passengers.
