Using GIS to Manage City Street Signs

The City of Fontana maintains 15,585 signs in the public r-o-w. The city uses the Lucity CMMS software program that provides integrated GIS capabilities to support overall field operations and make programs like managing sign retro-reflectivity an efficient and effective process. We plan on demonstrating our integration with ESRI’s Collector as well as how we handle inventory and work history. Our goal is to demonstrate how the City uses GIS and CMMS to easily manage a complex field operation.
