The aim of this presentation is to demonstrate how Geographic Information Systems (GIS) can be used to demonstrate areas of high and low risk of chronic disease based on the occurrence of the behavioural, socio-demographical and environmental risk factors in relation to the location of residences and workplaces of patients & how that can lead to the provision of truly personalised medicine.
