Comprehensive incident data analysis tells a story that can better inform decision makers, program managers, & responders about risks & behaviors affecting quality of life for people in the community. Visualizing data geographically can better guide risk reduction & prevention efforts, community outreach, & response planning. This presentation will show how to make more meaningful use of data & see the value of knowing with certainty what is happening in the community & where it is happening.
