This presentation will review a recently completed large scale graphic work design upgrade project from ArcGIS 9.2 to 10.2.1 with a utility involved in the Large Utility Consortium. Topics will include planning, architecture and design, development, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer, and lessons learned to provide advice to other utilities planning for an upgrade of this capacity.
