Demonstrating Local Population Projection Portal

The projections of local population size as well as key demographic characteristics and growth components play an important role in determining the future community needs in the regional plan framework. Local population projection portal is developed using ArcGIS Online, ArcMap and programming languages to facilitate and assist in the development of the local input of jurisdictional level population and housing projections for the regional transportation plan/sustainable communities strategy.
