We demonstrate how to visualize, evaluate and market transit-oriented development with Esri ArcGIS Pro and INRO's Emme transportation forecasting software. The proposed workflow integrates Esri ArcGIS Pro with an existing regional transport model in Helsinki, Finland to provide city planners and real estate developers with a decision analysis tool that can be used to explore the development impacts on transit accessibility and transit operation.
