Visualizing GIS Data in Times of Limited Network Connectivity

With bad network coverage throughout the City, problem of City employees accessing newly collected GIS data was presented. Data also needed to be shown on multiple ranges of devices (laptops, tablets, smartphones). By downloading a free app, all these employees can access a layer package, and view all the necessary information. Different packages can also be customized based on the City Division requesting them. Extremely versatile tool that is of great benefit to a small City as ours.
