Incorporationg Risk Management is fundamental for the construction of safe and sustainable municipalities, identifying in advance zones that generate risk, thus avoiding future disasters. Using a GeoTrigger service citizens and goverment agencies would be able to recieve notifications on their Smartphone about the threatened area in which they are, in order to respond effectively to emergency situations.
