Utilities face huge challenges; reliability of service, regulatory compliance, aging assets & budget constraints. Data analytics that track current & past activities from silos of data must evolve into predictive analytics that provide tangible data related to future conditions. ArcGIS server and ArcGIS Online technology can enable utilities to integrate IT systems in a common context, location, and develop the apps and analytics needed for today's modern utility to survive.
