This presentation will talk about identifying GIS needs as an organization. Then seeking potential solutions and working with ESRI partner vendors to implement a command & control platform, resource & incident viewer, damage assessment tool, data analytics viewer, pre-plan application, home wildland risk tool and an iPad application for call routing and two-way status messaging with CAD. These GIS solutions allow our agency to streamline planning, response and decision making.
