Building a GIS –Centric Organization: A Customer/Software Partnership

Waterford Township, MI’s unique, customer service oriented approach has called for the Township to partner with software providers to integrate disparate systems into the Township’s existing GIS backbone. This presentation will discuss how this approach has been used to drive applications to integrate across the ArcGIS Platform, from Asset Maintenance Management, Enterprise Content Management and other systems to create a GIS-Centric platform.
