Using CityEngine to Visualize and Measure Change in Urban Landscapes

The use of CityEngine to help identify, measure and solve complex design and planning problems (Geodesign), combined with a sustainable district design approach (EcoDistricts), offers a unique opportunity to pursue holistic, ethical, measurable, socially equitable and sustainable urban designs. This presentation explores several recent case study projects in Philadelphia which employed a geodesign approach to understanding, visualizing, and measuring potential changes to the urban landscape.
