Development phase 2 of SC National Guard’s viewer GI-STAR focuses on Facilities Management, Operations\Training, and Environmental. FM viewer users browse real property layers, utility networks, armory energy usage/costs, access GPS photos of site grounds, virtually tour armory interiors and check armory ISR quality ratings. ENV services include spill plans and asbestos in armories. The O\T viewer has unit stationing with clustering, and a widget to view soldier drive time and distance by unit.
