The Alamo Colleges have grown rapidly in terms of enrollment and facility size. This growth has strained the facility operations budgets significantly. In this presentation attendees will learn some of the Alamo Colleges’ practices for predicting financial needs from GIS based analyses.

The session will address the GIS and spatially based analysis of following; Facility Condition Assessment (FCA), Facility Condition Index (FCI) mapping, space utilization, and energy consumption analysis.
