Sabesp's Field Force Management with ESRI
Track: Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater

Sabesp is the biggest water Company of Brazil. In 2013, it decided to potentialize your WFM with GIS solutions, to have a more effective management of work orders. The solution adopted was ESRI, composed by 4 modules:Optimization, Monitoring, Scheduling, and Valves-operation and was developed in ArcGIS Server. The implantation of this solution is being realized during 2014, and Sabesp expects the results for 2015, in terms of increasing of productivity, efficiency and of the reduction of costs
