A rapid damage evaluation is needed for floods and hurricane damage in Portsmouth. The use of Collector for ArcGIS and the Operational Dashboard allow for rapid, accurate, and real time collection of storm damage to residences and businesses. Real-time analysis in ArcGIS Online allows for integration with the EOC and immediate deliverables to City Management and stakeholders. Teams can cover the City is a more efficient manner than in previous storm events, improving community outreach.
