Mobile For Staff and Citizen Engagement

In order to push for real time data entry and communication between the office and the field, we deployed a mobile app which links directly to our work order management system.
In addition to a citizen engagement website, we developed a mobile app that ties into our service request and work order system to add to channels our constituents can reach us.
I’ll discuss the current usage, challenges and lessons learned in this talk.
