Improved ROW Patrol & Pilot Safety Through Geospatial Technology

Marathon Pipe Line needed an aerial surveillance solution that would improve the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of their current methods while still meeting their compliance and conformance requirements. The solution involved a Right of Way (ROW) inspection application developed on the ArcGIS .NET Runtime SDK as well as a ROW inspection dashboard, developed on ASP.NET MVC. The technology improves pilot safety, accuracy, compliance reporting, and delivers many other efficiencies.
