Optimized Preventative Maintenance with ArcGIS Server at Sacramento

The City of Sacramento's wastewater department has optimized their preventative maintenance scheduling in their CMMS (Cityworks) by leveraging ArcGIS Server. Through innovative use of spatial views, the City is able to visually see the status of their preventative maintenance work and group it geographically before assigning it to crews. This drastically increases efficiency, allows crews to focus on high-risk areas, and ensures no asset is ever ignored.
