NCEM is the lead state agency for designing and hosting the School Risk and Response Management System. The planning component of SRRMS enables users to generate and maintain a site specific School Risk Management Plan. The SRMP includes detailed site specific data and response procedures for various threats identified by the plan author. The plan data is then served to the School Emergency Response Application which provides the critical information to first responders during emergencies.
