Using ArcGIS and Python to Web-Enable USAPI Mapping System

The USAPI Mapping system allows the U.S. Affiliated Pacific Islands to participate in the U.S. Drought Monitoring process. The original process was web-enabled to allow the author to set the various island drought levels and write it to the database. The system will then check the status and create or recreate data and maps for all instances that require it and e-mail the final products to the author day or night without the need for outside assistance.
