PCI/IRI/PCR: Formulas to Combine to Rate an Urban Street Network

The City of Houston has collected 2 runs of Majors & Locals street pavement survey data based primarily on producing a Pavement Condition Rating (PCR). New data rating is mainly based on PCI (Pavement Condition Index) with IRI/Ride quality and high-resolution video. Geo-coded can be viewed thru ESRI-ArcGIS to assist with review, analysis and utilization of data. Ratings/data are important for prioritizing maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts effectively and efficiently
