Mapping of Flooding Points and Rainfall Data using ArcGIS

With the assistance of the ArcGIS it was possible to make a georeferenced work for the Rio de Janeiro City based on the information related to heavy rains in 2014, from crossing the rainfall data taken from the measuring stations with those related to places where floods happened.
Using the mapping tool and data comparison it was possible to make an assessment of the trends and characteristics of the flooding points, increasing the accuracy of knowledge about the phenomena related to rain.
