Evapotranspiration (ET) from irrigated agriculture is a significant component of the water budget of the United States and an essential piece of information for water management decisions. We use the SSEBop model to create the first 30-year time series ET maps of the Palo Verde Irrigated District from 1984 to 2014. The results of this project establishes an objective means of characterizing the impact of drought and anthropogenic water use using raster analysis of historical satellite data.
