Gloucester County Transitions to Esri’s LGIM & Parcel Fabric

Gloucester County, VA, has migrated to Esri’s Local Government Data Model, including Parcel Fabric. Previously maintaining their GIS data in AutoCAD, Gloucester’s data is now in an enterprise geodatabase and has Production Mapping tools to produce quality data and data driven products. We will discuss the process of the ETL work using FME, decision points in modeling and data extraction from source material and a look at the final result.
