Flood Events – Streamlining the Process of Damage Assessment

FEMA disaster areas were declared after heavy rains in the spring of 2015 brought flood damage to Colorado. With a short amount of time to prepare a list of damage assessment sites for incoming FEMA agents, ArcGIS Online and Collector for ArcGIS was chosen to complete the task at hand. This presentation will cover why and how AGOL and Collector was utilized by multiple government agencies to successfully collaborate on this project.
