AGOL for Informed Decision Making during Wildland Fire Season

The US Forest Service has an ever-increasing need for fast, accessible and accurate information. While the amount of information surrounding Wildfire events is extensive, organizing and sharing that data has been a major challenge for managers. Utilizing a cloud based content management platform the forest service was able to address spatial and information needs from beginning of fire season, peak fire activity, to post fire evaluation.
