Hyper-localized Logistics & Addressing in Emerging Markets using GIS

Completed in Abuja, Nigeria, the project enhances locational accuracy by linking street addresses to popular landmarks. These markers are derived within every mile through crowdsourcing. Geospatial Analysis was conducted to model traffic flow; predict density and business hotspots. Results provide solutions on best placement of delivery, drop-off, and collection centers. This approach can resolve the problems poor addressing/postal systems pose to commercial operations in developing markets.
