Water conservation practices play important role in the development of the region,increase in the agriculture produce and growth of the economy.GIS assist the government and grass root worker to manage the natural resource by the process of visualization,identifying the location characteristic and advantage.Use of multi-criteria decision support in ArcGIS environment is used in this paper for identification of the ideal location of the reservoir and check dams for water conservation.
